For clients who prefer a one-time consultation, and are already familiar with macros, I offer a macro count service where I calculate your daily macro requirements based on your fitness goals and provide you with a customized set of Macro goals to hit for your health goal.

For weight loss, maintenance or a surplus!

8-week group coaching program that connects with a community of

like-minded women. You’ll get all the guidance, support, and accountability you need while working towards your health goals—together!

It’s a safe space for real conversations, shared progress, and motivation, because you're not doing this alone.
